3. Any person who will be exempted from an examination in accordance with the provisions under the preceding paragraph shall make an application together with a certificate of completion (Form No. 19-4) issued by an administrator of an Approved Training School for Airmen.
(Application for Designation of Training School for Airmen)
Article 50-(3). Any person who will obtain designation for a Training School for Airmen in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 paragraph 4 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application for designation of training School for Airmen. (Form No. 19-5).
2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by two copies of a training manual and a document describing the results of training.
3. Following matters shall be described in the training manual under the preceding paragraph:
(1)Name and career of an administrator of the said Training School;
(2)Name, career and qualification as an airman of ground instructor;
(3)Name, career and qualification as an airman of flight instructor;
